600 drivers, paper manifests, and a dispatch team drowning in phone calls. Veloway needed a mobile tool drivers would actually use — many of them first-time smartphone users.

A React Native app designed for gloves-on, sunlight-readable use: offline-first manifests, one-tap proof of delivery and live route optimisation. We shadowed drivers for a week before writing a line of code.
